The new Client Protection Pathway 

Ensuring that vulnerable clients are protected is an integral part of the inclusive finance sector. Client protection is an essential tool to build client trust and responsible financial services.

To support client protection in the inclusive finance sector, SPTF – InFiNe.lu member & CERISE have developed a new initiative – The Client Protection Pathway. Join Jurgen Hammer, Managing Director SPTF Europe, and Anne-Laure Behaghel, Client Protection Pathway Manager SPTF, to discuss how to improve client protection practices. Apricot Wilson, Deputy CEO & Head of Risks Luxembourg Microfinance Development Fund (LMDF) will bring the point of view of an investor joining the initiative.
