POST Finance offers current account services, a wide choice of bank cards and digital payment methods.

Since its creation in 1911, POST Finance has been committed to social inclusion by helping to make banking services more accessible. The business enables everyone, especially people in precarious situations and senior citizens, to have a bank account and simple, reliable payment methods, or to carry out transactions from its many points of sale across the country.

Few examples:

• A single-page price list in 14 languages
• A multilingual guide to opening and managing a bank account in Tigrigna, Persian, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian or Turkish
• An eBanking app available in 5 languages: French, English, German, Luxembourgish and Portuguese
• Multi-year cooperation with the Office National de l’Accueil, with specific onboarding processes that have enabled thousands of DPIs (applicants for international protection) and BPTs (beneficiaries of temporary protection, for Ukrainian people) to benefit from a banking package including a current account, a debit card and eBanking access (eboo S package)
• Fee exemptions (on request) for customers aged 75 and over for shop and paper transactions
• Free current account, debit card and eBanking access for customers under 26 years-old (eboo S package)
• A discounted banking pack for associations, NGOs and other non-profit organisations
