Microvision is the tool that could be used to help Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) prepare for the COVID-19 crisis. The tool consists of a financial projection model for MFIs together with financial and social indicators.  The tool provides a general framework for strategic and operational planning but it also simulates the impact of different parameters on the MFI’s overall activity.

With the 16,1 version, the MFIs can quickly and concretely discover responses to the pandemic crisis and prepare tests and scenarios, important elements of any business continuity plan.
