The programme provides a unique opportunity to develop a deep and broad understanding of the sector. It debates workable solutions to complex endemic problems, discuss innovative impact investments from around the world, and develop impact measurement tools.

It draws on the latest reseach conducted through the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship by Professor Alex Nicholls, the Academic Director. His research covers the broader areas of social entrepreneurship, social innovation and social finance which encompasses the inspirational field of impact investing. Alex Nicholls released the first comprehensive book on Social Finance and this up-to-date research is used as the basis for all the key sessions he delivers on the programme.
